SAAPL/SPE DECEMBER SEMINAR & CHRISTMAS GALA Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Embassy Suites Coldstream Lexington, 1801 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511                                                                            

FREE SEMINAR:  3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.  The seminar will now be FREE to all, since it is cordially being co-sponsored by R. M. Webb, Inc. and Adkins & Associates Land Services, LLC!  Registration is still encouraged so we have enough tables set up for all attendees; however, seminar only attendees can walk-in day of. 

CHRISTMAS GALA:  6:00 p.m. - Midnight- $50.00 Per Person **RSVP Deadline for the Gala is December 10, 2019**        

We are very excited to announce that the Winter Quarterly Seminar will now be FREE to all attendees!  M. L. Webb, Inc. and Adkins & Associates Land Services, LLC have teamed up to co-sponsor the seminar, so there will be NO COST to attend that event! 

The Southern Appalachian Association of Professional Landmen, in conjunction with the Society of Petroleum Engineers, invite you to join us for our December seminar and Christmas gathering! 

The FREE seminar begins promptly at 3:00 p.m.  Karen Greenwell, Esq. with Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP will be presenting on Electronic Signatures & Digital Closings.

We are also very pleased to announce that Mr. Ryan Watts, Executive Director of the KY Oil & Gas Association, will be our keynote speaker at 4:00 p.m., addressing the challenges ahead for 2020, the year in review, and a perspective on the newly elected Governor.  This seminar will be approved for 2.0 CPL/RPL credits by the National Association of Professional Landmen. 

After a short break, registration for the Gala will begin at 5:30 p.m. in front of the Coldstream III Ballroom.  Join us for light appetizers and drinks from 6:00-7:00 p.m. to kick off the night during our cocktail/social hour which is graciously being sponsored by Jones Petroleum. 

Then beginning at 7:00 p.m., our sumptuous holiday dinner buffet, consisting of Standing Roast of Prime Rib (carved on the line), Roasted Turkey and Dressing, Brown Sugar Glazed Ham, various salads and vegetable accompaniments, and choice of dessert (Pecan Pie, NY Style Cheesecake or Chocolate Mousse Cake), coffee & hot chocolate bar will be served in the Coldstream III Ballroom, followed by games, prizes, awards & entertainment!  A top shelf cash bar will also be offered.  The night is just getting started when the locally famous Bedford Band begins to rock the house around 8:00-8:30 p.m., continuing on ‘til midnight.
